Now beginning new phase and by the end of april will have a new set of numbers!!! This time I`m ready...G

previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

Your post gave me inspiration that there is hope for me.
I started out at 238 and want to go to 135. I still have 75 pounds to go.
I cannot even imagine how I will look/feel when Iam done...but... looking at the changes in you, Gary, and Doug... sure has given me hope.

I couldn't imagine how I'd look or feel either, it's kind of like one great big adventure! I noticed you are getting close to that under 200 number, what a great day that will be (at least it was for me). Stick with it, and you will make it to your goal!

I am really looking forward to being 200 or less..I have not weighed less than 210 since 1997...I will be very excited the day I hit 199.
I am really hoping to be down to 200 by Easter... I bought an Easter a couple of years ago...and have never worn it...I have it hanging outside of the closet to remind me that if I work hard...I can wear a nice new dress to church.

You all are just marvelous, I love this place already. So many of you have some such a long way and I am a bit ashamed of myself for whining about needing to lose at least thirty pounds and wondering if I can do it.
No wonder there is so much success here, how could one fail with so many on thier side?
Tell me again why I shouldn't eat that chocolate donut. :)
