My performance goal-
To just do it everyday. Exercise has always been a struggle with me. I was raised to be lazy. Nobody in my family ever exercised, my parents never even took us to the park or played with us in the yard. Our vacations were spent camping. And I don't mean hiking, fishing, ect..I mean laying next to the lake in the sun and eating. That's how I was raised and I want more for my kids. I want them to see their mom playing and dancing and just being more active in their lives.
So, right now, I'm very focused on exercising. Since Mon. I've done some form of exercise everyday. I've been walking in the morning either on the treadmill or outside. And at night after dinner I go for a bike ride. I'm not really focused on time or distance right now. Just the fact that I'm doing it! So far, so good!

Well...you are certainly doing better than I. I have only exercised one time this week...I walked two miles on Monday...gave myself a pretty severe case of shin splints...so..I used that as an excuse to not do any on Tuesday or Wednesday.
My daughter is back in shcool...so..I am back to 4 hours of sleep a night...I always have trouble readjusting to the schedule when she goes back on track.
This next week is going to be completely insane too...with a big certification exam for my work...son's birthday party...field trips...and Kindergarten checkups.
So... long story short....I need to make an effort to fit it in...but... I am not gonna stress it if I can't fit it in this next week. My kids always come first...I will just have to do the best I can.
I will succeed...just gotta work at it. :)
Thanks for making me think of a goal.
