Hi. Im a 16 year old female. I'm 5'11" and about 150 lbs. Im not trying to lose alot of weight but I'd like to get down to at least like 135 or 140. Im wondering, does anyone have any good weight loss tips and exercises that will help me out? I eat well but I dont have too much time to exercise. Any advice? Thank you.

eat more protein, moderate carbos and a little essential fats...do alot of cardio fitness work but if you havent got time then it makes it hard i guess...you can always exercise infron of the tv etc..any movement, big or small, is good movement

Being a teenager these days usually mean a really busy schedule...But as you have to plan your daily routine, take time
to schedule some exercise time 3x/week...It doesn`t have to be much but you need to get started...It might mean setting your alarm clock 20 minutes early and walk on the spot 10 minutes,
Or putting your favorite music on and dance to it for 10 minutes
but the key is to start a good habit now so you don`t struggle later...Many fitness gyms offer very resonnable prices for students and they can set up a routine that might mean as little as 1/2 hour 3x/week...They often offer a free trial period and you could bring a friend...You can study while riding a bike etc..It means you must be creative...but trust me if you have any
qualms doing this change in your life, do it now and not when you are 37 like me...Exercising now will tone you, will energize you, will help with your concentration, will boost your self esteem and will certainly help with the stress a teenager deals with...
Go for it! start by doing research at your library about strength training and exercise for your age level...You can do it, you have already started by posting your message, Don`t give up,be proud of what you are doing!! Go girl! You can do it!!:D

I just saw your question.

The answer to your question is very simple. The absolute best exercise that you can do to lose weight, improve your health, relieve stress and everything else good is.....THE ONE THAT YOU DO! I know you were looking for a specific exercise, but that's the truth - the best exercise is one that you enjoy doing and that you can do every single day, even if it's only for a short time. That's how you make life long changes. If you enjoy it, you will do it when you lose your weight and you will keep it off. A few years ago, I made the mistake before of pushing myself too hard and had to take time off from exercise. Of course, that was a perfect time to fall off the weight loss wagon and I never got back on to finish until about a month ago.

All joking aside, find something you really-really enjoy and go with it!

Good luck :o)

Dave
