hi i am struggling with weight around mt butt hips and thieghs and arms can someone please tell me some good exercises to help slim there areas. thanks i would appreciate it. sweet

Well, the same saying over and over...the fat will come off where it wants to come off but you can help buid muscles which look better then fat by doing your cardios and some strength training etc...
For the arms...push-ups, triceps, overhead presses etc..
For the butt and hips...squats and lunges will work wonders...
for the thighs, squats, lunges, pliee will help as well as walking ...

168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

Cardio, cardio, cardio. It will reduce the fat where it wants to come off. You can not spot reduce.
