So we work hard at weightloss, we walk, jump, run, plan, etc...We get emotionally up and then down ...Quite the ride isn`t it?
I `ve been in a rutt off and on and seem to be there presently...One thing i`ve noticed , is that I was letting myself feel down..Yes we can go through plateaus and feel frustrated but it doesn`t mean we have to look the part..For example, I love getting a new pair of pants or top that shows the weightloss but after a while on a plateau, that pair of pants and top get on my nerves real quick cause they don`t show anymore results, the make up doesn`t go on the face as much, the hair is let to dry by itself, etc... etc...You get the picture....Well I just cashed in a certificate received at x-mas for a manicure and pedicure and that boosted my spirit somewhat... and after all those miles on my poor feet it was needed...Now who can I show those pretty cranberry toes to..LOL...G

previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in
