 pH factor in weight loss

Have you heard about role the pH factor plays in whether your body will release fat or hold on to it? I've been following this for a while, and the information is really
exciting!

I think that's a big part of the reason people can exercise like fiends and literally starve themselves and still not lose weight. It doesn't make any sense in normal context, so there must be something else going on...

I would be very interested in hearing from people who know anything about losing weight by regulating pH factor. I've found a program that looks excellent, and I'm wondering what other people's experiences have been with similar programs.

Any and all responses! Thank you

This program would be a waste of money. Do not fall for it.

And do not believe those that tell you they are exercising like fiends, literally starving themselves and not losing weight. They are lying to you and often themselves too. When people are in horrible situations like a concentration camp or famine the results are always the same for everyone. They get real skinny, become malnourished and die. Only in places where people can eat without being seen will you hear about people starving themselves and not lose weight.

Weight loss comes down to eating fewer calories than you burn each day. You can go to www.fitday.com to help calculate how many calories you are eating each day. Everything you put in your mouth counts, there are no free foods.

How many calories you burn each day is mostly determined by (in order of importance):

1 – How much you weigh.

2 – How active you are.

3 – Your body composition. (Muscle burns off a little more food than the same weight of fat)

4 – How efficiently your body converts food into energy.

Item 4 is like your body temperature. Everyone’s is virtually the same and anything that can change it by more than a few percent is the result of a serious medical condition or likely to cause one.

Weight loss is not easy but it is not like there is a secret trick to it. Instead of blowing money on a scam diet try to find ways to eat less and exercise more. It does not have to be all or nothing. Try making small changes you can live with forever instead of trying a huge change in your lifestyle you will not be able to stick with.

quite right, the PH thing is a bit of a scam....it tries to overcomplicate the basic.

Even though I have not heard about this so-called pH factor (can someone give a brief description of how it works?), I would agree that it is likely a scam and, depending on its premiss, possibly dangerous.

Still, I'm curious what it is about ;-)
