Go to this website www.kidshape.com and check out the materials. If you're not in that area, I think you can order it over the internet. Also, check with your parents to see if their medical insurance will provide you with a dietitican, free of charge, they usually will. If that doesn't work, maybe you can consult with the nurse at your school to see if she/he can help you.
Also, don't go on a "diet", do a lifestyle change, responsibly. At 15, you're still developing, so I wouldn't recommend any specific diet. Don't expect to lose weight overnight, it takes time. It took me 14 months to lose 72 pounds.
Watch portions. Watch fat. Watch sugar. If you use regular sugar, switch to Equal, or one of the other sweeteners. If you eat chips, eat lower fat or nonfat versions. Drink diet soda, or water, instead of regular. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Check out the food guide pyramid, this is very important. Don't cut out any food groups. I don't count calories, though some on here do and are very successful. What works for one doesn't always work for another though.
This is what I make sure to eat everyday:
6 servings of bread
2 servings of fruit
3 servings of vegetables
2 servings of protein
2 servings of milk
Of note, I am 35 so what I need daily may be different from a 16 year old. I think you may need more servings of milk than that. You will need to check on that. It's okay to have cookies, cake, regular chips, etc, but just once in a while, not on a daily basis.
Oh, and don't forget to exercise. When I started a year ago, I could only make it 1/2 a mile, now I can walk 4 miles and just started jogging too!!
Please, oh please, oh please, don't starve yourself. Sure, you may lose weight very quick, but you will be become sick, your grades and relationships will suffer and you may even cause permanent organ damage. Not to mention, it will change your metabolism to the point where if you diet in the future, it will be that much harder to lose the weight.
Please keep us posted. I think it's wonderful you are seeking help and looking towards a healthy way of losing weight and seeking the advice of this website. Everyone here is devoted to losing weight in a healthy manner and they all have wonderful advice.
