 It`s like a puzzle really....

Maybe I`m feeling phylasical(sp? right word?) but as I tought about this weightloss journey I came to a conclusion that it has been like a puzzle in the making...

At first like the opening of a puzzle you take the advice, tips, information, directions given and work with them in the way you would de outside edge of a puzzle...You know you`ll get the outside done eventually and know where it`s going by the picture on the box...The same way you know where you want your weightloss to go...
Then you`re left with the middle section(no pun LOL) and a bunch of pieces that sometimes leave you frustrated and quite often make you walk away from that puzzle..It requires your patience and comitment to see it done....
And then towards the end of assembling your puzzle in the same manner you are getting closer to your goal, the pieces of the puzzle come together to show an end results and you can sit back and admire your handy work for a while.....
I remember spending hours at a puzzle table with my mom and with whoever happened to drop in at the time..It was team work and we got the task done faster...So is this weightloss journey...It is at the point where all the pieces are satrting to come together and it is being achieved by the teamwork so generously offered on this board....
I can see my goal in the future and knowthere will be a time when I can sit back and admire the handy work...AS long as remember the efforts put into my journey and that it is will be an ongoing journey even with maintaining I will be o.k....I have a strong team to support me even if I do fall...

Is 157 good or bad?

I'm not sure how to respond, lol. If I say "way to go!" you'll hit me over the head if you've gained. If I say, "oh, that's too bad, you can make it eventually," then you'll think - what the hell is she talking about? I DID make it.

lol

How's this for a response: Weigh to go!!! Sorry, I just had to.

Your at your lowest, right?! Also, that 2 pounds from earlier this week could very easily be water weight. Good news is that even if it wasn't your down to 157 again:)
