Oops my mistake...But you write great info, great advices, you actually make sense....so I guess it was easy for me to mistake you for one of us...he,he,he (Now I know why I thought you were not too lady like when you told that girl to give her coach the finger! :D) I guess you`ll want to kick me in the fattybutt for my faux pas? Once again my apologies... but I still like the answers you give and will keep reading and using some of your infos...
By the way I did some of those squats and launches and I tell you I could feel that tush of mine getting tighter....Those are definitly a "must keep doing" exercise...I don`t know why I kept away from them in the past. I will climb those stairs yet!!!

'im gonna find them stairs..and when i do im gonna whip there butt too..im the stair master!..i wish i had some stairs right here right now i would just walk all over em'!!
and my source of advice is all from ast-ss.com they sell supplements too, but the non-product pushing, and great ACTUAL scientific studies (some show u even methods of study to show you how legite the findings are) and the great advice makes me a regular!!...and yeah those exercises on the lower body gonna make you fly up them stairs..dont forget the cardio for general fitness and i guarentee you will do great!
