I've recently RE-begun the Weight Watcher's Points System. It's worked for me twice before. I have lost up to 19 pounds each time and then QUIT and gained it all back! This time I'm going to really be steadfast and hopefully NOT quit. I want to lose a total of 35 pounds. Weight Watchers stresses the importance of journaling what you eat and keeping track of your daily caloric intake (via Points). So I'm doing that as well as tracking my weight loss and just rambling on about personal issues/struggles on my online diary for weightloss. If you're ever sitting around bored and wanting to eat, stop by my diary instead!! Feel free to read about my own food issues and maybe it'll take your mind off yours for awhile, or it might even encourage you a bit. If you'd like, leave a comment or suggestion to me.
