I ran across this site this morning while looking for the support I'm am going to need for yet another journey in eating healthy and exercising. Looks like the
perfect site !! There was alot of good ideas and positive thoughts. Like most
people I know what to eat and do but keeping up the motivation is the worst thing for me. I tried the group thing but either to expensive or not getting any motivation
from them. This looks like just what I need to keep going on a day to day basis.
I will be checking in daily and I know I can do it this time with you guys help.

I have a smile on my face seeing all of the newcomers to the site. It is very motivating for me as well. I'm already beginning to feel like one who has been around for awhile. I'm glad you are here, Vicky. May we inspire each other to better tomorrows. Welcome!

Welcome Vicky
I'm new to this site as well but I'm already enjoying the benifits of it. Just started a exercise program yesterday and I rushed back to tell everyone about it.
One of best things about this site is talking to people in the same boat. Sometimes even reading your own messages after we have posted it gives us better insight into yourself and allows us to admit we have a problem to others. I don't know about everyone else but to tell my husband "Yes dear I weight 255 lbs" or " Dear the reason I don't want to tavel on the plane is fear of not fitting into the seat" Just isn't going to happen. Often your family and friends can't seem to understand what we are going though and what is needed to be successful. I'm starting to look forward to receiving words of inspiration from others The only thing I don't like is Where the hack is the spell check. So please excuse me if I make errors. I also find if someone else is down by talking them up I in turn talk myself up. Give alittle, receive a whole lot. Cool eh! Welcome again Vicky

Hi everyone,
I just found this site and I too am once again climbing on the horse named Healthier Lifestyle and Weightloss. You know even when I decided to begin again my inner person was complaining about being in this place again. But you know what, after finding this site I find it a blessing that I don't have to begin again all alone. I loved the articles and they inspired me to improve on some of my workout habits. Not to mention simply hanging in there. I need to lose at least 70 pounds and to be perfectly honest I have no clue how, or if I really want to because I find myself pretty attractive now. But to be healthier I know I have to. I'm an African American woman and have always grown up with a positive body image. I like being "thick" or a 'brickhouse' and my husband loves the big boobs, but I am overweight and need a change. I look forward to your encouragement even when I think l'm too cute for myself. I need to do this purely for the health of it, please support me through it all. Thankyou
-Need to be healthy Cutie
