old goal - NEW GOAL !
Author: Melody
Date:   09-02-03 11:55

I missed my "old" goal yesterday by only 3 pounds! :-)
I am still smiling because I know that had I not injured myself, I would have met that goal. I was shooting to lose 75 pounds in 12 months. I lost 72 pounds in 11.5 months. I think that is awesome. Now I have a new goal.

My new goal is to be 249 by 01/01/2004. That gets me "under 250" in 4 months and I only have to average losing 1.68 pounds per week to achieve this!!!!

Do you realize how few people accomplish what you have? Good for you! I'm sure you'll be able to continue on and lose the rest. Congrats!
