No...I can't.....ugggggggghhhhh! But I'm gonna do my ab routine, run a mile, then do 20 min on he eliptical right now! If I get gutsy and think of you with sweat pouring off you, the testosterone alone might carry me to 30 min on the eliptical.
Eric...It's 6:02 AM here in CA...what time is it where you are?
I intend to live forever.....So far so good!

20 sit-ups, leg lifts, crunches, and push-ups.
Ran one mile...
30 (count 'em THIRTY) minutes on the eliptical (thanks for thr image)!
It was funny, I got to twenty on the eliptical and chuckled to myself, which gave me the motivation to go to thirty, so in a way, thinking about you and your high intensity work out with sweat pouring off really did make me go to thirty. Too funny, but maybe I'm the only one that get's it (which is so often the case).

Glad to have pushed you further LOL...:D G
I started my work out at 9am so that means that when`I posted it was around 8:45am here in Ontario Canada....
Anyhoo I did:
20 minutes high level cardio on the treadmill
3 sets of 12 chair stands holding 11 lbs of weights
3 sets of 12 overhead press with 5.5 lbs each hand
3 sets of 12 Bent over rows with 5.5 lbs each hand
3 sets of 10 arm curls with 5.5 lbs each hand
3 sets of standing fly with 5.5 lbs each hand
105 various crunches
3 sets of 10 side leg lifts
5 more minutes of cardio on treadmill
and then hit the shower before going to work for 1.5 hr(yea I gotta find another part-time job)
Tonight I have to do 1 hr karate class to meet my 2 class min/week requirement and that is usually good to burn about 300-400 cals/class...
I hadn`t made a goal but since everything is on track physically my food intake has also been on track these last 3 days so I`m making the most of it....:D G
