wow! I've finally broken this darn plateau that's been antagonizing me for about a month. Today I change my number
down 1.5 pounds from last Friday to 282.5 total lost so far 67.5 pounds.

Hi... I am 31 yrs old and 5'8" so we are pretty close in age and height. I started out at 350 pounds though. (UGH) I am working out at the YMCA 5-6 days per week! and eating as good as I can with 3 kids. It's all about calories in and calories out. I plan to lose about 100 more pounds! I know it will take lots of time, but what have I got to lose??? but weight!

Again, I commend you. You went from 350 to 275. That is outstanding. Did you purchase the Practical Weight loss book?
If so, did it help you any?

It's a good read. But what I really like are the extras that come with it.
