Well i am getting back on track and don`t want to jinx anything but I have had a very good 8 days and lost 2 lbs!! yey for me...It all goes back to finding what works for you and I know what can work for "Moi" although it`s a slower process...One reality kick in the butt that helps me feeling o.k. with my slower weightloss is this ...Where I work there is 2 sisters, one who used to be anorexic and one that was 210 lbs a year and a half ago...The one started to lose weight and working out and was looking quite good but it hasn`t been enough ..She was down to about 150lbs then gain a few back so decided to be strick by cutting sugars and salt items...the weight is coming off fast at least 20lbs in a short time..The other one is also starting to lose weight (former anorexic) who was a size 5 to start with...Anyway these 2 sisters where sitting having lunch...They split a "cup-a-soup" between the 2 of them!!! You know what? the weight might come off slow but darn it if i`m having a 50 to 65 calorie cup-a-soup I`M HAVING THE WHOLE THING!!!! Makes you see things in a differant way I guess...Just wanted to share....G

LOL... are you sure they don't have a private stash of their 'real' food hidden away from the other sister that they each dive into when the other isn't looking?
that reminds me, I can't seem to finish this grape, would you like the rest?

I once saw avery tiny young laady at a concert pull a baggy out of a purse. In it she had four "cheese-it's." She broke one of the cheezeit's in half , ate the half and put the rest back in her purse.
