I just wanted to say that I am not frustrated anymore. I got on the scale this morning and I am actually up three pounds (238lbs). I had a very frustrating week last week, the harder I tried to control my cravings and watch what I ate the more I wanted to eat and then the more I did eat, so I am not too surprised by the weight gain. But this morning I have a new outlook, I don't know what has changed but I know this week will be a better week. I will eat the right things and I will do my exercising this week.

Don't let go of that frustration. I found that when I supressed those feelings of disappointment I had when I failed then I was all the more likely to do it again in the future. Everytime you want to eat something you have to dig that pain back up again and remember how you felt AFTER you failed and maybe you won't be inclined to do it again.
