I wanted some suggestions here. Here's the deal. For breakfast I had an omelete which consisted of :
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of egg beaters = 60 c.
1 slice of turkey = 45 c.
1/4 fat free mozzerella cheese = 40 c.
1 tbsp salsa = 15 c.
1 98% fat free tortilla = 80c
TOTAL = 240 calories.
Lunch:
Skipped lunch, busy working outside on house
TOTAL = 0
Dinner:
1 can of chicken breast = 125 c.
2 cups of Birds Eye Peppers stir fry(no oil) = 50 c.
3 mushrooms, sliced = 15 c.
2 slices of low fat/low carb. rye bread = 80 c.
1 tbsp of fat free spread = 5 c.
TOTAL = 275 calories.
So, my total calorie intake today was a whopping 515 calories!! Now, I am on a 1000 calorie a day diet. I am just over half way there. The problem is, I feel full. I am not hungry. As you can see, I also had two very nutritious meals!! Now, I will have some fruit - grapes or a peach, but that is not going to add up to much, nevermind another 485 calories!!
Now, like I said, I feel very satisifed, I sure don't want to stuff myself just to get an additional 485 calories and make my days total!! What should I do? Should I just have my fruit and be satisfied with todays calorie intake? Would it be too unhealthy doing that and I should just eat till I hit my mark?
See, even someone who has lost 85 lbs and thought he had this calorie counting thing down, still needs help!!
Thanks in advance!!

Very dangerous. Your body is feeding off your already stored Muscle tissue. And even though that will lead to some weight loss, it will not be fat loss. You will be a smaller but fatter version of yourself. Also at under 1000 calories, your metabolism will NOT be running on a high gear for fat-burning when you are at rest. It is really idiotic to put your body through that. No Doctor would ever advise you to eat so few daily calories. Up it by at least 400 calories. You'll actually lose more weight at a quicker pace, and the greater % of weight loss will be fat, not Muscle, which is what you're losing now.

Thanks! Yes, Donna, your right, it's NOT everyday, just today. I usually have between 1000-1200 calories a day and yes, I did get the ok of my doctor for this.
It was just that I was not hungry and didn't want to eat just to make calories. But, no problem, I had a serving of Special K with strawberries and fat free milk = 150 calories then, while watching a movie, I had a bag of 94% fat free popcorn = approx 280 calories. So, I added another 430 calories to the 515 I already had. That's 945 calories, close enough. If I'm in the mood, I'll have some grapes and that should take me to the 1000 mark.
Again, I don't eat under 1000 a day, I take vitamins, work out and was just at my physical Therapist's the other day (for a work injury) and he said my muscles and muscle tone is fine!! So, the weight I am losing is fat, not muscle. I have also been to my doctor in the last two weeks for a complete physical and he was very happy with the way I was looking. I am not a "smaller but fatter version of myself"!! So chill out there Ron!!
