I don't know where you would get it if your regualr grocery store doesn't have it, maybe a Whole Foods if you have that.
It won't directly help with your weight loss though.

Ocean Spray makes a Cranberry Juice Lite that is sold in all the major grocery stores here in Houston. It is made with the no calorie sweetner Splenda. Has 40 calories per glass....tastes pretty good. I doubt that it will help with weight loss other than it may raise your blood sugar a hair and relieve hunger between a meal if you don't over do it. how does raising blood sugar levels jumpstart weightloss? the oppisite is true...the more level your blood sugar the more likely you are to lose weight...but ofcourse this depends on calories...low glycemic foods will curb hunger...i have read a study of 2 groups, eating the same amount of cals, one with low GI foods and the other with high GI foods..the study claims that the low GI group lost more bodyfat...now wether u believe these results is irrelevent, the truth is that low GI foods are generally better for you anyway.

Hi, If one is starving between a meal a tiny amount of carbohydrate raises your blood sugar so that you do not get hypoglycemic before you get to eat a meal again. Like sometimes I get a headache between a meal from low blood sugar....a tiny amount of carbs like in the glass of unsweetend cranberry juice raises your blood glucose just a little, but not enough so that your body dumps lots of insulin like if you ate a candy bar.
