It's ALWAYS possible to loss weight as long as YOU really believe in yourself. You gotta think you can do it! And you don't need to spend lots of money on dieting... actually you don't need to spend any at all.
For a good start, I woould recomend writting down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth (everything means everything !!!) and drink at least 8 glasses of water every day! After writitng everythnig down you'll see where your problem is coming from. Then you could formulate a diet that would fit to your specific needs.
Also, you could use www.fitday.com as could source for your food intake calculations. It really helps!!! This would be a great place to start...
Good luck, and let us know how it goes...

Well it doesn`t cost to cut fat or portions ...It can be as simple as watching the way you cook food and the amount you serve. Walking doesn`t cost anything either all you need is a push in the right direction. Good luck

No one can motivate you to lose weight except yourself. If you try to lose weight to please your boyfriend, you are doing it for the wrong reasons, and you will likely not succeed. You have to want it, you're the one who has to live the program and make it work.

To help with the motivation-try writing an affirmation on a daily basis. Write a simple positive sentence that includes a goal-
e.g. "I (your name) will weigh x-number of pounds."
Write it 15 times each day.
The very act of writing and looking at it on paper helps to make it real. It also makes the other positive acts-eating right, getting exercise, keeping a food journal, etc. happen more effortlessly.
Also, try to make one small change each day and not think about the whole issue at once. It is very easy to overwhelm yourself with negatives--keep looking up!
Good luck.

You can do it, Destiny. I have been in your shoes more times than not. It might be tougher for us than for the Oprah Winfrey's of the world (with the cooks, personal trainers, exercise equipment, etc.) but when it is all said and done, losing weight is hard no matter what your financial bottom line is. Use the resources you have and you can do it~

I've been thinking about doing affirmations...Do you try to make them specific, realistic and concrete? Do you really think it helps? How much weight do you have to lose? I've probablly already read it, but I still get people and their stories mixed up. Just wondering...
