hey there whats going on- well i kind of have the same problem about not having the willpower to go on and do what i want to do. the thing about it is you urself have to know that you actually want to lose thw weight, b/c loosing weight takes effort it cant just come from a pill. like alot of ppl seem to think. if u want it bad enough at least start doing LITTLE things like cutting out eating past 6 or eating a big healthy breakfast and lighter throughout the day or cutting meals in half.. add 4 more glasses of water to ur daily diet these small things dont show results right away but as days or weeks go by u will notice what the small things can actually do and how much they help! maybe join a gym and work out 3 times a week or work up to that. find a friend that would like to join u and motivate u in what u are doing and u can help them too. it always helps. if you need help or a friend to talk to about loosing weight im here. id like to lose 10 lbs myself.. jsut remember the small things count!! my email is angiekay16@hotmail.com

Angie is right (except about eating past 6 at night).
If you make a couple of small changes and then make some more and then make some more, eventually you will be on a diet and it will be a way of life for you.
My first step was cutting out drinking beer - living in London that is pretty hard to do - and it made a HUGE difference to my calorie intake.
Drink more water like Angie says: when you feel like a soda or something else that is sweet, drink a big glass of water and you probably won't feel like it anymore.
For excercise: start by walking to anything that's within walking distance instead of driving. This works better than you will know.
