I'm having major trouble knowing WHEN to eat.
I work 7p-7a three nights a week..... i usually seem to eat before work around 5 or 6
and again anytime from 11p - 1a (whenever i can get a moment to stop)
then most of the time i don't really eat anything else until i get home starving and eat and end up going straight to bed because i'm usually worn out. I dont' like eating right before bed...but the end of my shift....the last 3 hrs are the busiest and no way can i break away to eat during that tiem.
Then my other problem is on my days off i dont' feel like eating all day long and in the evenings all i want to do is eat
Are there any other night people out there? how do you handle this situation and not gain? I think i've gained 20lbs since i started this job......but i LOVE my job and wouldn't give it up for any other job you could offer. No chance of first shift for several years either...

This is a tough one. I have never worked nights. I eat 6 small meals a day. First one after I work out in the morning so that 7 am or 8 am and then every two to three hours during the day. Hope this helps...
