Hey yall, Im 13 and I know yall think that at this age we should eat whatever we want but I know that i have stopped growing im 5 feet tall and all of my family is short i havent grown at all for like a year so I know ive stopped and my weight is unnacceptable for my height!!! At the beginning of the summer I started out 147. I began by cutting my calories down by eating only healthy food. Then I added in a little exercise. Then a whole lot more like 30 min walks and an housr of a very fast paced aerobics routine. By doing this its been 4 weeks and i lost 10 pounds. I was very happy. Nest i had to go on vacation for 2 weeks and i had to eat out and i didnt have time to do exercise. Ive already gained like 3 pounds. So i know my metabolism is down a whole lot. So I need advice on how much weight training and how often I should eat to boost my metabolism so I do not start gaining all my weight after I lost it. Please help me!!!

watch the calories and carbs..... Try some aerobics that incorporate weight training. By doing this, you burn calories during your workout and you also raise your metabolism so that you burn more calories all day long, even during normal activites like sleeping and housework.
