im now at 190 im 10lbs away from my fat loss goal and then i want to maintain that and pack on about 20-30lbs of muscle (big stretch but its my goal lol) thnx for everyones help and a quick question does anyone know a way to get muscle trimmed i think i have enough muscle right now that would be half easy to maintain thnx

muscle trimmed? dunno if there is such a thing...if u want that cut, shredded look, then more fat has got to go...but your muscle shape is your muscle shape...this is throwing a fresh air suggestion but you could lower the weight and increase the reps to have a longer looking muscle stature, but i am 95% sure that theory has been shot down...the mass u have is the mass u have...i dont think u can change the shape of your actual muscle.
