hi.
i have a problem. i only want to loose weight off my thighs and bum, and not anywhere else. i've done tummy crinches to get my tummy firmer, but i just want to loose a bit of weight of thighs and bum now but i dont know how withoutm losing weight elsewhere first. any ideas?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to lose weight just from one area (such as stomach, etc.) without having to lose weight overall. There is even a term for it - "spot reducing" (trying to lose weight from one area by exercising that particular area), and it's been proven that it does not work.
When you do tummy crunches, it strenthens your abdominal muscles, but does not get rid of the fat - as a result, the muscles are hidden under the layer of fat.
To lose weight overall, you should increase your physical activity, and decrease your calorie intake. This, and only this will reduce that unwanted fat from those area.
