When I`m focused I can achieve great things!
I lost 4 inches in may then slack off in june and part of july....I lost an extra 4 inches since july 19th and I am not going to slack off this time! I am making a goal to los another 2 inches by the first week end in september4!
5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

I Did a 20 minutes kicka...cardio warm-up and then push the strength trainning to the point of fatigue but not pain...Finished by another 5 minutes of cardio /cool down....
breakfast was not the greatest being 1 cup of coffee(at least I`m down to just one!) and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (my appetite sucks latelly wich is a danger zone for me) and lunch I`m having crab meat mixed with salsa....G

You're so good and dedicated! It's 12:45 here and while I have a load of laundry on the line and I've scrubbed my cupboard fronts, I'm still muttering that I 'should' go for a walk sometime soon.

OMG...Me dedicated...I make comments so that I can believe in it and make myself move!!! I never work out most of last week and my eating was terrible !!! ;D G

Well, worked for me. I had my sorry butt out the door about 10 minutes after I read your post! Maybe we can shame each other into exercising.
