Hello. I am new to the forum. I've been reading some of the posts and would like to get an idea of what support is out there.

Welcome to this board, Mendi. If you're looking for support, you will find it here. And advice, and the occasional kick in the butt if you need it. Oh, and inspiration, too.
We got it covered.

What support is out there? .... well, there are some folks here at every stage of weight loss .... just starting, part way through, plateau-ing, at goal, maintaining ...
We've got encouragers, teachers, instructors, empathizers ....
Yup, Elizabeth Ann is right ... we got it covered.

Welcome Mendi,
I've read posts that support people on food choices, activity programs (avoiding the "E" word), stress reduction and just plain encuragement and motivation. We all need a little of everything at one time or another and the people on this board are great at meeting those needs.
Welcome!
