hello everyone. i am 15 years old. i am 5'6 and 130-135 pds. this is an average weight for me but i would like to tone up and maybe lose a few pounds before summer so i can wear my bathing suit confidently in front of ppl without having low self esteem knowing my legs are jiggling for everyone to see. wil someone help me find a plan to lose weight fast and effectively...please help...

cut back on fats, lower carbs a little (eat ones with a low glycemic index under 60), eat more protein an above all exercise.....visit astt.com for good info...u will lose weight this way, but it wont be fast, it will be permanant and safe if u allow it to be, and the fat will come off where it wants to....not just legs..u cant spot reduce
