Thanx for being so nice everyone! I am 18 years old and female. I used to weigh around 120 and i thought I was fat, now I would give anything to get back to that weight. Since I've started college I've gained like 10-15 pounds and I'm up to like 130-135. My goal is to get back to 120 again. I started eating better today. It is hard to count calories when u live on campus and don't have any nutritional info. So I'm just gonna do the best I can and try to make healthy choices. I am very active and workout like 5 or 6 days a week, but it is the eating that is my problem.

hey! i am sort of in the same position as you, as i am also a student, and know the difficulties involved in eating healthily on campus! i sort of have the same goal as you, although at my top weight i was quite a lot heavier than you are now! (150lbs). now i weigh 130lbs and am aiming for 119lbs! so we've pretty much got the same targets, which is cool!
can i ask, how tall are you?
