im 14 and i weigh 185 pounds im about 5 foot 7 and im not overly overweight but i do have some access fat. I dont like the way i look and dont want to waste alot of money on products what should i do?

all you need is a reason to lose weight. And of course do it for yourself, but it is so much easier if you have incentive. Like if there is a guy you like or a new outfit you want to wear or a swimsuit you want to own. Whatever. Just find a reason and the pounds will melt away.

I don't know your medical history.If you are 14 you should seek your parents advice.I think staying active helps.Eat healthy meals.cut down on bread and sweets.Drink alot of water.Enjoy life.Have a good day.
