It boils down to eating less and excersising more. Calculate your daily calorie requirements and try to eat 300-500 calories less each day. Try walking briskly for 30 minutes a day 5 times a week. At the end of the month you will start seeing a difference.

Hey girl, Im 14 and I used to weigh 140. Im only 5 ft. What I did was just didnt eat until I was positive I was hungry. I would wait until my stomach growled. It was pretty easy to me ( I dont know about anybody else ). I also walked about an average of 2-3 miles a day just to tone up a little. It has been about 9 months and I have lost 20 lbs, which was my goal. I took it 10 lbs at a time. You can also add vinegar into your foods, it might help since it burns up fat ( what Ive heard ). I did slip up alot, so dont worry if you do. My tip of the day is before you eat something ask yourself why your are eating it. And remember - 'Nothing taste as good as thin feels'.
