My husband just got a bench and some weights. He is not even close to being overweight and has great muscle definition in his arms and legs and abs, etc. How would you recommend starting? What kind of program? How much cardio vs. weights and how much would you start with if you want to eventually really build bulk?

if he wants bulk, eventually he gonna have to lift heavier weights and eat alot...he will get fat as a by-product from the extra food but he will probably put on alot of lean mass too...as for programs, well theres alot he could do...if he is bulking then i wouldnt do more than 3 cardio sessions a week...check out the articles at this guys website posted below...also go to ast-ss.com ...tell him to sign up for the max-ot program..its free, and tells you what to do and when to do it..he will be overjoyed with the results from this 12 week program, and he will be wiser for it, if his diet is on the money...speaking of, make sure he gets alot of protein to actually grow...the other website to check out is
