I'm feeling really down. I have been on weight watchers since Sept. 26th and have lost 5.8 pounds so far. Saturday and Sunday I got totally off program and ate the world. When I got on the scale today it said I have gained 4 pounds. Is this really possible to gain this much weight in two days? I didn't even think it was possible to gain a pound in two days. I feel horrible. :(

The same thing happened to me but about 1 day after eating normally again it went right back down. I think it was because of all the sodium. Make sure you drink your water =)

Relax! It's probably just water. Maybe you didn't drink enough water, My body has a funny way of retaining if I don't drink enough. It will level out. Meanwhile, let's get back to it, okay?!
We can do this. Otherwise there wouldn't be any skinny folks.
Hang tough!

You need to give the food a chance to work through your system. It is highly unlikely that you gained 4 pounds in 2 days of indulgence. Be patient, it's only temporary...

It is almost impossible for you to have gained 4 lbs in 2 days. that means you had to consume over 14,000 calories in 2 days? Does that sound right to you? :)
It is mostly just water weight, and the food you consumed not going through your system entirely. If you work out and do some cardio, you should get rid of some of that weight.
don't worry about getting off the wagon. It happens to everybody. I don't know how many times I've broken down and just ate whatever. The most important thing is to get back into it again. You are so close to your target weight. Don't let something like that undermine everything you've worked up to. Everyone is human. But it shows more character when you pick yourself up after making a mistake. Just forget about it and start again :)
good luck!

Don't beat yourself up this happens to everyone. The weight you gained is water retention from all the salt you ate in your splurge. The important thing is that you accept and learn from the experience and get back on your program.
