I don't know what's wrong with me right now..I don't feel like I have any of the motivation that I have had the past few weeks. I think it's almost that time of the month as well so I'm feeling sort of bloated. I don't understand why I'm feeling like this but I just don't feel like I have any motivation. Oh gosh..also, one of my friends has invited me to go with her family to the beach for the weekend in about two weeks. She's my best friend but I don't even know if I want to go! I don't feel comfortable at all with the way I look yet and especially not in a bathing suit! Thanks for just letting me vent..I'd love if anyone would like to shout at me and try to get me back on track.Thanks.

SAM!!!!!!! Go have a great workout, really give it your all, make it high energy and really work those machines! That might help you get your motivation back. Why don't you set a mini goal for yourself....like eating really well and exercising 4 times a week, from now until you go away with your friend? I have been trying to "ignore " my PMS symptoms by using mind over matter and pushing myself to workout anyway during this time of month. Good Luck....and GO WORKOUT!
