Uggh, when I am tired all I want to do is eat and, unfortunately, find it nearly impossible to control myself. This week is going to be a tough one and I need some strategies to fight the fatigue and reaffirm. Does anyone have any ideas? I already journal and exercise, but short of taking a nap I'm at a loss.----TIA

Are you eating enough times? If you spread your meals out to eating 4-6 times a day, your body won't be as hungry
