How many pounds of fat is it possible to lose in one week (not muscle or water)? If I lose 5 pounds in two days how much fat/muscle will I lose verses losing that weight over a period of two weeks? Thanks for our help

around 1-2 pounds per week is a pretty safe 'keeper-off' weight...5 pounds in 2 days is all water and muscle and no fat..not to mention the slowing of your metobolic rate which makes fat burning even harder to do..5 pounds of fat loss in 2 days is impossible...it doesnt work that way...and lets say you lost 5 pounds every 2 days for 2 weeks..i would say your belimic or fasting..and your not losing fat at all..after the 2 weeks..it will come back on so quick and you will actually put more fat on than you started to..it will ALL be muscle wastage and water i guarentee you that..if you dont feed your body everything comes to a halt..the body finds it much easier to break down muscle before it goes to your fat stores...trust me this is not only not going to work, it is unsafe, you will be physically and mentally sick, and it will all come back on 2 fold.
