Hi,
My user name on here is almost the same sas yours, so thought I would respond! After pregnancy, I had quite a tummy left over, and I reduced mine with a long 4 mile walk every day! Once we were able, I would get the stroller and blankies ready, and off we would go. I was always a pretty fast walker, and so I quickly built up from doing 20 minute miles to doing 15 minute miles, and we did 4 miles in about an hour. I have to say that walking really flattened my tummy very nicely, and I still walk a lot nowadays, and have a fairly flat tummy (not bad for age 54.) I have no idea how other people reduce their tummies, but I always enjoyed getting out of the house for a walk, and still do. Hope this helps...have a good weekend!

I gave them...I've never seen my tummy shrink so fast. It was like the 8 lbs went from my stomach..no lies. I'll post some before and after pics in a few weeks when I am more toned.
