hey guys im 16 yrs old and ive struggled with weight ALL my life. im finally actually at a great weight b/c i lost quite a bit of weight this past summer. :-) im 5'4 and 137. when i look at those #'s though i get really depressed. I KNOW im not overweight b/c i have alot of muscule in my legs. and i wear a 3/4 BUT i need to get to 125 b/c i made that my goal. im proud of how fat ive gotten but i dont want to fall back into my bad eating habits! im at a plateau. also. weight just wont come off.. please help me with some tips to lose 10 more lbs and keep it off. thanx a bunch

Exercise and weight training. (if you can do both it's better ) but if you don't have time try to exercise everyday. It will take 4 weeks to start seeing some changes.
(assuming you are not over eating )

You may not be overweight at all. Muscle weighs more than fat, and you say you have muscular legs. And since you wear a size 3/4, it doesn't sound like you have much of a problem. You should care more about how you look and feel than some arbitrary goal you've set for yourself. Ask a few people you trust if they think you need to lose weight. That will give you some perspective.
