Hello everybody
I am 15 years old and am about 35 or 30 pounds overweight. To deal with this I have started to exercise everyday, execpt I can't get to the gym on saturdays. So 5 or six times a week is the amount of time I visit the gym weekly. I am currently doing about 30 minutes per day of exercise on the cardio machines. Is this a correct way to approach a weight loss situation? Or is there something else I should be doing. I don't normally lift weights because I figure I probably don't really need to. I have pretty big bones but I don't want that to get in the way of losing the weight. And I think about my genetics, also. I was still wondering if these things are going to be road blocks that are just impossible to get past. I hope they are not, because I am really tired of being somewhat overweight. I would really like to see myself a different way, and I feel that time to do something is now.
Thanks
(Sorry if I ask so many questions)
