So how old are you? and what year did you graduate? I went half year my senior year at school for the same reasons-. I worked at Golden Corral my senior year-before they shut it down. Lets see who do I know-
Colten Ellsworth-I think he is 22
Travis Hartman-he dated Michelle something or other
Wow, now that I am trying to think of people, its hard. Oh! Amanda-oh shoot-she is younger than me, and I can't remember her last name, but if you knew her... Oh thats it Woffard! Amanda Woffard-she hung out in Maricopa a lot.
My sister knows a lot more people than me b/c she worked at Famous Sams and all-but what a small world.

None of those ring a bell. The only person I know that ever did anything in Maricopa was Josh Huffman.
I'm 19, graduated in 2003.
Off to work now, so gotta go!

Was his brother Matt Huffman? They went to Maricopa schools- Matt was in my little brothers grade- My little brother is a year older than you. Matt died from an apparent heart attack- He lived out past Casa Grande HS. He dated my friends little sister-That was such a sad day-He had a scholarship to indiana state univ for baseball, and now at the schools baseball diamond in Maricopa, it says "Speak softly and carry a big stick for Matty".
But anyway its nice that I know the area you are from.

Yeah, he's Matt's older brother.
Matt lived next door to me (his family still does of course, and that's how I know Josh). It was really tragic what happened. Unbelieveable really. He was so young and it's not like he was on drugs or anything... he just... died.
It's very sad, there's a baseball bat stuck in the ground where he collapsed that night. His mom will sit by it for hours smoking cigarettes by herself. It's really heartbreaking.
I thought you might have known about that too. I remember a picture of Matt and his girlfriend-- she's a beautiful girl. How sad for her, too.
