With all the stuff happening, as I posted earlier this week I was up 10 lbs!!!
10 lbs!!! 10 lbs!!! (if I write it enough maybe it will get in my head that it is a big deal and I need to get rid of them ) Gaining the weight back won`t make me feel better that much I know...What a differance 10 lbs can make, the sausage roll apearing at your waist cause the pants got too snug etc...I refuse to go back up to the next size...I may have been stuck at a size 14 a long long long time but I AM NOT GOING BACK to my previous size 18-20 of 2 years ago! I still have a goal of being healthy by age 40 and I will not destroy all the progress I`ve made in the beginning!
oofs...good to have that off my chest...Now for today`s new`s..I `v stepped on the scale and I`m down 2 lbs....Woohoooooooooo.....
(yea you`re right probably water weight but that`s o.k.)...
well gotta go I`ve just finished the second coat of paint for my son`s bedroom and I have to get cleaned up and ready for work...He is coming home tonight!

That's so great G...I have no doubt will lose that 10 pounds very quickly. It came on quickly due to stress and it should come off quickly as well. you can do this, already 2 down and 8 to go! good luck to you.....

Congrats on that loss. You sound like you've totally made up your mind to get rid of that unwanted company called extra weight that crept on when we weren't able to fight it off. I hope that focusing on you and some of your needs will help to get you past the rough spot you've been in, emotionally.
All my best wishes :-)

Remember how easily (at least relatively easily) the first 5 to 10 pounds come off? Unfortunately those few pounds come back just as fast.
When I go on vacation I have often noticed a weight gain that is way out of proportion to what I actually ate. In the long run I have found the 3500 Calories/pound to be accurate but after a binge there is often an additional 5 pounds that appears and will disappear over the next week.
Unless you really ate 35000 extra Calories I bet a lot of those 10 pounds are going to disappear once you go back to eating less.
