i don't believe my scale this morning. with tom being here and i did walk 3 times this week, but i still don't beleive it. so i came to work and weighed myself on the doctors scales we have. with clothes on 134. so i guess my scale is right. but i think i am about to platue. in prior experiences with dieting(fads), i get to 130ish and can't get below, so we will see next what happens. i am going to still try to exercise and eat right.
4 weeks down 8 pounds, so you can loss 2 pounds a week the right way. nice.

Great job Debbie! 8 pounds in 4 weeks is such a great accomplishment. You should be really proud of yourself! If you happen to hit a plateau anytime soon, the best thing you can do is stay focused and not get frustrated. A lot of people will just give up when they are working hard but not losing weight. If you stick with it for however long it takes, I know you will break through and feel even better when you do! Try mixing up your cardio a little and adding some weights into your routine (if you don't already). You probably don't wanna listen to me since I haven't lost any weight obviously, but I do actually know what I'm talking about. My problem isn't that I don't know what I'm dong, it's just that I have no will power. So hang in there and keep up all your hard work!!!

I got on my scale here at home (one I really don't trust ,but I stil use it. go figure), and I freaked out. It said 164 lbs. Aaaaak! I went ot my moms house (the same scale I used before I got married and the same one I used while married before, during and after babies and it always makes sense, you know? It showed me at 158! Yes! I think I need a new scale. This one jumps around constantly and it bugs me. Never know whether to be depressed or happy until I go to my mom's! LOL. Gonna change that number. Isn't much, but it's down!:):):)
