ok, here's what i ate yesterday:
breakfast: half a grapefruit and a slice of whole wheat toast = 170 cals
lunch: a pret dessert pot (greek yoghurt with chocolate brownie sprinkled on top and a slice of whole wheat toast with philidelphia low-fat spread = 400 cals.
dinner: two burgers and loads of broccoli! = 620 cals
TOTAL FOR YESTERDAY = 1190 cals!
yay! i'm really pleased with this!! i stuck to the diet and am pretty much at 1200 cals, which i consider a healthy amount to eat - i don't want to be any less than that.
it's been a great day!!

Well yesterday I ended at 1200! And so far this morning I have had 160 and I also got up early and did some sit ups and leg lifts. I weighed myself as well and it said 172 again! yeah, I must have just been retaining water or something yesterday! that makes me happy, because I though I was gaining again! Woo Hoo! I can change my profile back again :)
