By avoiding what makes you go back to eating "normal" and finding the weight back...By dieting we tend to lose weight only to put it back on once we stop the diet. The way to start a weightloss is to first read on healthy eating and make changes that will become part of daily lifestyle....Lowering fat calories and calories by making sitches to good and healthy foods...Watching portions. Not making any food restricted but allowing yourself a taste once in a while....Exercising to burn those extra calories etc....Not expecting fast fixed and be patient...A healthy weightloss programm may be slower but in the long run will become part of your lifestyle and easier to maintain....Good Luck ---leanbutt

the less that you restrick yourself the more you will lose. For example, you can find sweet substitutes for that fatining icecream dryers makes a very tasty sugar and fat free ice cream. eat some of that and a control your portion and you won;t feel so unsatistied and like you have to binge.
