Now that our company golf tournament is over with, I can finally start posting again instead of just lurking and popping in every other day!
I weighed in on Friday and have lost 27 lbs., half way to my goal! I'm giving myself until next May when I finish graduate school to get the rest of it off. I know from past experience that, on me, weight typically comes off easier in the beginning and then flattens out over time.
Just had to share, I am SOOOO excited!! ;)

Good job...You are right to give yourself time to lose the next lbs since it is better for you in the long run...It gives you time to pick up good lifestyle changes...Anyway keep up the good work....G
