Had my TOPS weigh in last night

And I am happy to say that I was the best loser and I am even more glad that starting last night they quit singing that stupid song to the best loser. Gawd, it was so embarrassing the last time they sang it to me, but it was kinda of fun singing to the others and seeing their faces turn bright red.

I reached my 2 by 12 goal and then some...lost 5.75 lbs... just changed my numbers... 1.5 more pounds until I reach my first mini goal...Seems like eating extra during vacation actually paid off. My sister-in-law also had her best weight loss yet after her gain last week too.

Way to go, I'm hoping to just stay the same. I have gained 3 weeks in a row, you get nothing for that, except "we're glad you're here" from the members.

We used to announce the biggest gainer and how much he/she gained, but we have done away with that. Headquarters wants us to remain positive...

That is so exciting, so what did you do differently?

I think my son will have a loss also or stay the same, he hasn't been eating as much as before.

Good Luck.
