hi iam have this very important dance in 4 weeks does anyone know a quick way to shed 10 pounds without starving my self???

Hi Kate!!
One really good way to get fat burn going is to do cardio. PLUS, since you are going to a dance ( I don't know what kind of music is played ) ... but I'd act like a nut and dance for 30 mins - hour 3 - 4 times a week at home. You can do this to really high paced music and plus you boost your happy hormones when you act silly and enjoy goofing off. Plus you know to drink the water and none outrageous eating habits. Even if this doesn't help you lose all 10 pounds you will at least feel a little better. All this is just from my stand point anyway.

In addition to trying to lose the weight, there are some wonderful fat-sucking-underware...as i call them...that can help to suck in unwanted inches so you can look great in your dance dress. You can get just the underware or even a full body one. I love mine they keep me looking sleeker under certain dress clothes.
