Please help!!!! Im am at a stand still at 190 its been five months and i have been slacking the past two weeks. Ive just come back from being out of town for the week and am frustrated about everything. I can actually say I want to quit. I look in the mirror and say to myself that this is it and I'll have to just live with the way I am at this weight. Can you give me some advice or some inspirational stories to get me over this hump. I know i sound like a big baby but it feels good to get this out.

Please do not give up. You are doing well so far.. I am also at a plateau after losing weight. You might think that you're body won't let you lose weight or that your metabolism or thryoid is a problem. I bet you that its not. You just have to really buckle down on your exercise and your dieting. You said you just came back in town after being away for a week. You said you slacked for two weeks. You can't reap any benefits without effort. Just doesn't work that way. Be very stringent about what you're eating and your exercising. Make sure you are not underestimating your caloric intake. this is what I was doing. I wasn't counting my calories properly and as a result stayed on a plateau for months. Just pay really close attn to your habits.. calculate calories you need for maintenance and make a deficit of 500 cals per day. at the end of the week you should lose a lb. Try it out and tell us what happens.

If you happy with your weight then there is no problem. If your serious about looking and feeling better that is a different story.Any goal is worth the effort.
AM-300 worked for me.I can send you a sample and information with it.
You decide. You just eat healthy meals. It is water activated. It has 14 herbs and minerals. Many dieters who take off the pounds lose too much body mass in the
process--usually 30% of their muscle and organic tissue. This only makes people weaker, but it actually lowers the metabolic rate and minimizes the body's ability
to shed fat.A sudden drop in weight causes the body to store more fat, creating the
yo-yo diet syndrome.E-mail me and I will be glad to help. Thanks

If I were you I'd spend a week pushing myself. How often do you really feel hungry during the day? Short yourself some calories, see what it feels like to eat 1200 a day for a week. When people ask me what it feels like to lose weight I ask them if they remember what it's like to feel hungry -- that's what it feels like. Shorting yourself on calories isn't enough, you need to get in some exercise too, at least 20 minutes a day. Walking is good, using a stationary bike, rowing machine, elliptical trainier, or treadmill is even better. After a week of solid pushing you're bound to have lost a few pounds, that will give you the motivation you need to keep going. Nothing makes me feel better than to see my weight drop on the scale; one of the reasons I weigh every day. If you want to see results you have to push.
