Hey...
Im 15 years old and at one point i had weighed 232 lbs and im 5'11, nasty.. when i saw that scale i knew i had to do something about it. Well ive been working out at a gym and running alot there n lefting weights but my membership ends soon and and i would like to know what i should do to keep me on the right track... exercise and diet wise... uhm i have lost 32 lbs so i am now at 200 n i would like to lose 30-40 more... can someone give me smoe good healthy tips and maybe tell me approx. how long it will take to lose it!? thank you!

Hi,
A mistake I made when I was 15 was trying diet and exercise programs that were way too harsh. I think at your age you have a lot going for you and that very small changes can make a huge difference. I am much, much older than you and have lost a lot of weight over the past 8 years, probably over 60 pounds. I did this by NOT going on a diet but by making small changes in my diet and exercise that I could easily live with.
The past year I have lost 2 pounds a month (I weigh less than 120 now, and I'm tall) by doing interval cardio training on a treadmill. Good luck. You can do it!MaNdY wrote:
