you need to EAT!!!!!! your metabolism is probably so low because you are starving your body. Breakfast is THE most important meal.....it helps get that metabolism in motion. Now when I say you need to eat.....I mean you need to eat fiber, protein,.......fruits and veggies. Not cookies and doughnuts and what not. Though those are fine occasionally. Occasionally is the key word. Try to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. Calories should never go below 1200. As for the exercise....well GymMachine may be able to tell you more..... I hope this helps in some way:) Good Luck

You should eat at least 3 meals a day. You would think that not eating would help you lose wait, but it doesn't. When you don't eat, your body holds on or keeps most of it's fats, so you wouldn't lose a pound. It is better to brink at least 8 cups of water a day, and one more for every extra 25 pounds. I know you can lose the wait, but if you have trouble, contact :

5-6 meals per day, small in nature
45-45-10 protein-carbs-fats
1500 calories per day
Maintain your exercise and add to it if it becomes easy.
Thats a run-down. YOu have to search out this stuff on the net and elsewhere and learn how to do it but there are some basic guidelines which can be toyed around with. But do not skip breakfast or starve yourself in any way.

Something like 90% of people who lose weight and KEEP it off eat breakfast. Even if all you can get down is a cup of juice or a fruit smoothy - eat something. You should be eating little meals 150-250 kcalories every 3-4 hours (given your small size). You need to do cardiovascular exercise every day - but not a lot every day. Maybe 20 minutes of walking every single day and an extra 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Weight training is also beneficial. But in order to do those things, you need fuel - good food in your system at all times.

i always have six small meals a day....allowing myself 250 calories for each meal.................I agree with GymMachine, you should surf the net to find appropriate meals and calories.......You can always go to the library as well and educate yourself on ideas for low calorie meals, but remeber when you start to diet never, ever starve yourself.......................you need to search books for info as well as the internet on foods that you can take to diet........bare in mind that the start of a diet should lead to good eating habits....................Good Luck with your weight loss..........................
