Early this morning I had a slim Jim (beef jerky) and it was the hulk-sized (blushing). I am trying to figure out how many calories I can have for dinner......but I can not find how many calories that stupid thing was!!!!!!!!!! It is not onthe package, not on their webstie, not on calorie king. I can't find caloreis for anything like it. Please if anyone knows how many cals are in this thing , please let me know!! (It is 1.12oz)
Thank you
Julie

The most calories I can find is 120 calories for a 28g size, BUT I wouldn't worry about the calories, it's the sodium I would be concerned about. It could have been as much as 740mg. Also found that Slim Jim can be as big as 64g...don't know which one you had?

I looked it up on DietPower and found the following (using a serving as 1.12oz):
Calories 171
Fat 15.6g
Saturated 6.83g
Sodium 536mg (37% of your PDA)
Carbohydrate .896g
Protein 6.5g
It wasn't to bad, just be careful if you weigh yourself tomorrow it might be up because of the sodium.

Thank you thank you.
I know a lot of people worry about their sodium intake, but I really don't. A slim Jim is about the only sodium rich food I eat. I don't take in any extra salt or anything on my food. But I will take the pointer about my weigh in tomorrow, though I have taken in a lot of water today to flush out that sodium :)
Thank you so much! It helped me tremendously :)
